What is Jenbacher TA 1000-1109?

TotalEnergies' data sheets describe these Nateria grades as Jenbacher-approved.[2][3][4][5][6]

How do the Nateria grades compare for Jenbacher engines?

Does gas type A or B matter when choosing a Jenbacher oil?

Yes. TotalEnergies ties each grade to Jenbacher gas types; for example, it lists Nateria MJ 40 for gas type B and Nateria MX 40 for gas type A. The gas types are as stated by TotalEnergies.[5][6]

Gas type depends on your fuel gas (for example natural gas, biogas or landfill gas). Your Jenbacher service provider can confirm which type your site runs.(our interpretation)
